Single session
In your session, you will clarify your goals, and Kit will assist you in creating new options you can believe in and a hypnotherapy plan especially for you.
During hypnosis your subconscious mind will be open to your new options as you sit back and experience the peaceful calm of hypnosis. Kit will guide you to a dream like state where you can make changes in your thought patterns. Kit offers carefully worded hypnotic suggestions that support you in reaching your goals, and you become more connected with your deepest desires.

Three Prepaid Sessions
Deeply rooted habits may take a series of sessions to change effectively. When you are navigating large life changes, regular hypnotherapy offers strong support, relieving anxiety and reinforcing your motivation to move forward.
